LizzieBee guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Whenever possible, LizzieBee will replace any damaged or faulty goods, providing the damage is not caused through misuse.
If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods excluding the cost of postage and packaging.
LizzieBee adheres to a full refund or exchange policy on all items should the goods you receive not meet your requirements and if they are returned within 7 days. The items returned MUST be unused and in their original undamaged packaging.
SPECIALS: Returns are not accepted on sale items, other than for a faulty product.
